A piece of Bach's that knocked me out with its possibilities years ago - it should be done with screaming electric guitars and a rock drum set, but I found the original Vivaldi piece in Dm and it feels pretty good on the 12-string. The double course strings might hide the fact that the range of a solo guitar is just not wide enough for this music.
So I'm inspired enough to shake off the cycling tiredness. Even sketched out the first half in Lilypond before the Paris Mountain ride last night. But after the ride - forget it! Barely can lift a finger.
Tips, Techniques, Examples about my favorite musical instrument, the Twelve-String Guitar.
